As a Private Professional Fiduciary Service, AMB is committed to executing the intent for your estate. Our main mission is to preserve your legacy. 

A Professional Fiduciary can provide a variety of services depending upon the specific needs of the client.  There are a number of roles in which a fiduciary can assist, which also serve to dictate the types of services rendered, such as successor trustee of a living trust, conservator of an incapacitated person’s estate, or a court appointed executor.  Some of the services or efforts we provide include:

 

• Record keeping and accounting services
• Coordination of tax, real estate, and other advisors as needed
• Filing of California and Federal Income tax returns, including the estate and or gift tax returns.
• Treatment of beneficiaries impartially while respecting individual personalities
• Marshaling of all bank and or brokerage accounts and real estate properties in the trust name
• Mediate family disputes and long-standing grudges
• Invest trust assets reasonably based on the client’s wishes and needs
• Funding of marital, survivor, and exemption trusts as needed
• Communicate to the client’s beneficiaries on a regular basis regardless of legal duties to do so
• Manage any and all creditors’ claims
• Organize and handle all mortuary and cemetery arrangements
• Manage real estate and rental properties
• Evaluate the emotional impact on the surviving spouse and aid them through their transition
• Assist in the evaluation of the personal and real properties
• Investigate and manage business, partnership and investment arrangements  

FEES

  Effective January 1, 2025

- Bookkeeping Services- $140/hr

- Hourly Fiduciary Services- $160/hr

(Both services are billed at a minimum of .1 hours for emails, phone calls, and texts.)

- Post-Mortem Fiduciary Services- 1-2% per annum of the Value of the Trust Estate, depending upon complexity.

(With a $10,000 minimum.)

- Probate Fees are set by the Court:

• 4% of the first      $100,000 
• 3% of the next      $100,000
• 2% of the next      $800,000
• 1% of the next      $9,000,000
• 0.5% of the next      $15,000,000
• Court discretion after      $25,000,000 

Angela is a San Diego native, born and raised in North County. In 2008, she achieved her bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and began working in the Estate Planning industry in 2011 with Darius Khayat, A Professional Law Corporation. After passing the California Fiduciary Exam and National Guardianship Exam in 2018, she became a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and National Certified Guardian. She also earned a certificate in Trust Administration Management from Cal State Fullerton. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful girls. Her hobbies include reading, theater, and hiking. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Parent Teacher Organization at her daughters' schools, serves as a Girl Scout Troop treasurer, and is the president of the San Marcos Lions Club.
